It’s always a good thing to reflect on the things you are grateful for. That is one of the things I have been trying to do more deliberately in this new year. I have so many blessings that when I think of them, any anxiety I have as I encounter troubling issues in life begin to just melt away. One special thing I am thankful for is friendship. I made a gift for a very special friend of mine in honor of a milestone birthday. She is wonderfully kind and I can always count on her to give me honest advice and she’s here if I ever needed anything. She loves handcrafted things so I thought I would make her a special mini album in her favorite color purple. It is a 6×6 mini with six pages with side pockets and room for tons of photos and journaling. It is very clean and simple and elegant—all the things I like to incorporate in my projects. Hopefully she loves it as much as I like how it turned out.
